Hybrid position: 3x per week

As an iXp Intern – Product Support Financials Localization, you will work in the Customer Services and Support area, located in São Leopoldo with an expected start date of June 17, 2024. Your responsibilities will include:
• Continuously monitor and guarantee the fulfillment of Service Level Agreement (SLA) by monitoring the incidents queue
• Conduct comprehensive root-cause analysis of product and configuration issues that have been reported by customers
• Report product errors to Development Support for further action
• Perform debug analysis whenever required to troubleshoot a problem
• Work in close cooperation with other Product Support teams and Development Support
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and proactivity in all communications with SAP customers and colleagues
• Work across multiple support channels to deliver effective support to our clients
What you bring:

• Being a student in the field of Information Technology, Economics, Business Management, or nearing graduation
• Enthusiasm and a problem-solving attitude combined with solid analytical skills
• The ability to read and debug code
• Excellent communication skills
• The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple teams spread across various geographical locations
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• High level of motivation, proactivity, and a solution-oriented approach
• Prior experience in an IT-related field such as consulting, support, or development
• Knowledge of Finance, or Business Processes is highly appreciated but not mandatory
