Your key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of complex finance transformation projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current financial processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for financial process re-engineering, including the adoption of new technologies such as ERP, RPA, and AI.
- Provide insights and recommendations on best practices in finance operations, financial planning and analysis, and performance management.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure finance transformation initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Support change management activities to facilitate the smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the organization.
- Contribute to the mentorship and development of junior consultants, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Help maintain strong client relationships by providing consistent and clear communication, and by delivering value in all interactions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that may impact financial operations.
- Support project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA) is a plus.
- Preferable 5 years of experience in corporate finance with roles such as FP&A analyst, financial analyst, or controller, demonstrating a focus on finance transformation and process improvement.
- Strong understanding financial processes, ERP systems, and emerging technologies.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages considered a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is essential for data analysis, presentation, and documentation.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and project work.
