Your key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end GBS transition and transformation initiatives for clients globally
- Collaborate with clients to assess their current GBS delivery model, identify improvement opportunities, and develop a roadmap for GBS transformation
- Develop and implement GBS operating models, processes, and governance structures that align with clients' business objectives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful GBS adoption and sustained performance improvement
- Drive operational efficiency and value creation by identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing GBS delivery processes and resources
- Lead and mentor teams of consultants, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure successful project delivery and team performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the GBS domain, sharing insights and expertise with clients and colleagues.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- University degree in economics
- 5-7 years of experience in GBS transformation projects, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment
- Strong expertise in GBS operations, operating models, and processes across various functions and industries
- Strong track record of successful project delivery and client management in complex and global environments
- Excellent communication skills in English; any additional language is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Visio (or any other tool for mapping processes).
