What you'll do:
- Operational Excellence Onboarding: Lead and optimize the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a seamless and efficient integration into the organization. Develop and implement best practices to enhance the onboarding experience and accelerate productivity.
- Technical Debt Program Management: Oversee and manage technical debt across the organization. Identify areas of technical debt, prioritize them based on impact, and work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute remediation plans.
- Company-Wide OE Objectives: Lead the program management of company-wide operational excellence objectives. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of programs. Facilitate communication and collaboration to achieve shared objectives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of programs. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
