What you'll do...
What you'll do:
- Define, plan, execute and monitor programs to achieve successful outcomes
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and define technical requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to design technical solutions
- Align program deliverables with stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, manage dependencies, and drive fast and effective decision making.
What you'll bring:
- Communication for impact and multiple levels and to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong product skills to deeply understand the customer and effective technical aptitude to write technical requirements, predict and mitigate risks and resolve technical issues
- Proven track record as an Engineer, TPM, or Technical Product Manager hands on leading successful outcomes for customers
- Experience in platform teams a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
