This position involves 7 weeks of paid training: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30 Kyiv time (GMT+2). Upon completion of this training, work will be in shifts from Sunday to Thursday. Options for working hours (Kyiv time, GMT+3) are as follows:
1. Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:30
2. Shift 2: 08:00 – 16:30
Managing player requests via email using Zendesk
Explaining game functionalities to players using your knowledge of game mechanics
Investigating cases related to accrual and use of game resources
Creating bug reports and technical reports
Interacting with our in-house team of support agents
English language skills (written and spoken) at the upper-intermediate level or higher
Fluency in Ukrainian
Interest in games and an understanding of game mechanics
Effective communication skills and understanding of customer communication principles
Desire to work in a team
Time management skills and the ability to multitask
A laptop or PC and the ability to work during power outages
Ukrainian citizenship or a work permit for Ukraine
Action shooter gaming experience
Knowledge of software testing and a deep understanding of the principles of bug report creation
Cooperation under a gig contract
