This position involves 7 weeks of paid training: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30 Kyiv time (GMT+3). Upon completion of this training, work will be in shifts from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday. Options for working hours (Kyiv time, GMT+3) are as follows:
1. Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:30
2. Shift 2: 08:00 – 16:30
Investigating player-reported game issues and responding to users’ questions via email or Zendesk chat
Processing bug reports and creating technical reports
Interacting with our in-house team of support agents
English language skills (written and spoken) at the upper-intermediate level or higher
Fluency in Ukrainian
Gaming experience
Effective communication skills and understanding of customer communication principles
Desire to work in a team
Time management skills and the ability to multitask
Ukrainian citizenship or a work permit for Ukraine
Action shooter gaming experience
Knowledge of software testing and a deep understanding of the principles of bug report creation
Cooperation under a gig contract
