The position involves 8 weeks of training: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30 Kyiv time (GMT+3). Upon completion of this training, work will be in shifts from 21:30 to 06:00 Kyiv time (GMT+3). Work schedules may change within the night hours.

• Investigating player-reported game issues and responding to users’ questions via email or Zendesk chat

• Processing bug reports and creating technical reports

• Cooperating with the development, testing, and game design teams

• English language skills (written and spoken) at the upper-intermediate level or higher

• Fluency in Ukrainian

• Effective communication skills and understanding of customer communication principles

• Desire to work in a team

• Time management skills and the ability to multitask

• Ukrainian citizenship or a work permit for Ukraine

• MMORPG gaming experience

• Knowledge of software testing and a deep understanding of the principles of bug report creation

• Cooperation under a gig contract
