What You’ll Be Doing:

• Track and update executive action items diligently to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Engage with global teams across various time zones to support project delivery.
• Analyze financial data to identify performance issues and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement recovery plans.
• Develop accessible and insightful visual reports for senior management.
• Leverage AI, including Large Language Models and machine learning, to enhance project outcomes.
• Manage special projects such as new site setups, product launches, and production line transfers.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to understand operations and identify cost-saving opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a technical manufacturing role.
• Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills for cost simulation and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including outside of normal office times, to support global operations.


Bonus Points If You Have:

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Experience in AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics applications.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-border or multi-site projects.
