Key Responsibilities:

• Build trust with both internal and external customers and understand the business use cases. Work backwards from customers and apply design thinking to define broad-scale solutions that provide better user experience and engineering efficiency.

• Define the roadmap for foundational Data & AI roadmap. Work with engineering teams to deliver the roadmap with high quality.

• Understand the financial metrics, design the charge model and service adoption measurements. Leverage your expertise in Cloud, Data, and AI to identify new services or features that drive the value to products.

• Learn cutting-edge data & AI technologies, combining with Siemens deep domain expertise in industry, and help accelerate the Industrial AI realization both tactically and strategically.

• Partner with technology leaders to influence well architected framework and drive secure, resilient, performant and scalable services that are modular and reusable.

• Establish a long-term service portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business needs, and partner with leaders and stakeholders to regularly drive alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments.

• Evaluate, test, and develop industrial AI Copilot technology stack that Siemens products can build on top of.

• Mentor, grow, empower, and inspire product managers as they develop and deliver on their local roadmap. Bar raises the product management using best practices in the industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.

• 15+ years of product management experience in Cloud and SaaS product offerings.
• 7+ years of leading product management including defining new product offering, creating and managing roadmap, launching products etc.

• Excellent communication skills in writing clearly on business, marketing, and technical subjects.
• A visionary thinker with business acumen and technical savvy.
