In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
- Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership in any of the following areas: access and authorization, collaboration and communication, and front-end enablers
- Define features and requirements as part of the overall Digital Capabilities roadmap in an Agile framework
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven knowledge of customer identity and access management (CIAM) processes, framework, policies and systems
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems, operations, or customer service processes
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Previous product management experience in the following areas:
- Portal administration and entitlement capabilities, such as customer identity access management
- Customer enrollment systems
- Product management experience with web UI frameworks and design systems, web application development and SaaS web platforms
- Launching and scaling new products or product enhancements within an Agile framework
- Previous experience launching and scaling new products or product enhancements within an Agile framework
- Previous experience with related vendor solutions such as Ping Identity a plus
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days a week

Pay Range for New York, NY & San Francisco Bay Area: $138,500.00 - $287,600.00 annually
