As PayPal continues to advance in today’s dynamic market, our Revolving Credit team is seeking a Program Manager with 8 years in the field and at least 4 years in Agile project management, product launch management, and change management.

As a Program Manager, you will

  • Be responsible for programs and projects to ensure the tasks and risks are properly identified and driven to completion.

  • Organize and lead planning activities resulting in the creation of a release/project roadmap. Ensure all teams align with enterprise planning expectations.

  • Partners closely with Product Owners, Product Development teams to execute and deliver projects aligning to product vision and project goals, objectives and timelines. Makes sure appropriate domain resources are engaged.

  • Create and manage clear Gating Criteria with business partners for Go/No-go decisions.

  • Drives resolution of project-level issues leveraging scrum-of-scrums as needed.

  • Monitors health of project delivery. Tracks project-level status, risks, issues anddependencies. Proactivelyaddresses delivery team impediments. Resolves project-level roadblocks to enable successful project execution.


The skills to succeed

  • Solid experience organizing multiple teams delivering on software / product development initiatives using Agile Methodology.

  • Experience developing effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships, collaborating and communicating across business and technology stakeholders and multiple geographies.

  • Good technical acumen and comfortable being the voice of the customer across the project delivery lifecycle.

  • Good knowledge of project management process, software tools, templates and techniques.

  • Experience with various software development methodologies including Agile Methodology (ideally Scrum).

  • Successful experience in developing project level artifacts to support a major software implementation project with concurrent releases.
