Job Description:

This role is crucial to the Data & Analyticsportfolio of projects. You willbe responsible fordelivering transformational initiativesand programsenable real time data

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Owning the planning and execution of a portfolio of programs within the Data & Analytics team

  • Independently driving alignment and coordinating cross-functional dependencies across PayPal

  • Partnering with Product Managers and the Business to identify requirements, dependencies, and measures of success

  • Estimating work effort, defining milestones, scope, dependencies, deliverables, and confirming cross-functional alignment

  • Focusing on delivery excellence and ensuring that all programs are delivered according to PayPal standards (e.g. RACI, RAID logs, detailed project plans)

  • Communicating to project team members, stakeholders, and executives. Keeping them proactively informed and aware of any issues or risks that may impact project delivery, while adjusting your messaging to the needs of the target audience.

  • Working to remove obstacles, always keeping the big picture in mind, ensuring that the team remains focused on execution

What You Need to Bring:

  • A successful candidate will bring 5+ years of experience delivering Technology programs as a program/project manager.

  • Experience and knowledge of Data & AIPlatforms likeGoogle Vertex (preferred)

  • Tech and platform implementation experience required

  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts with different areas of the business globally

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to dissect complex information to align stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives

  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies, including agile, and the ability to drive successful execution of complex, technical projects

  • PMP certification a plus

  • A BA/BS degree in a relatable field is preferred but not required
