What youbring

• You are a strong team player. Besides your wish to lead and grow a team of experienced designers and early talents, you want to increase the influence of user experience in your product area.

• You can provide a proven track of successful design projects for business applications, where your empathy for the end users is omnipresent.

• 10+ years working experience in UX

• Leading teams as a line manager or equivalent experience (e.g. as design lead)

• Good knowledge of business processes and end user roles in at least one of the Digital Supply Chain business areas (e.g. PLM, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Asset Management) is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
