Own effort estimates for own competency
Be accountable for delivering world-class thinking, presentations and meaningful innovation across brands, products, services, and experiences
Project manage service design/research/strategy projects – and be the ultimate process owner when re-imagining, re-thinking and providing service design recommendation
Lead execution of projects in hands-on manner
Manage client visits and present design-led pov independently
Foresee and proactively deal with challenges in projects
Run projects and take ownership of project deliverables
Understand how your communication impacts others
Support development of others
Challenge and inspire community
Demonstrate greater self-reflection and self-awareness

Who you’ll be:
A skilled service designer with 5+ years of relevant design experience
Designer with experience using concepts, methods, process, tools, and tech in pursuit of great service design
Outgoing, results-oriented, motivated, and naturally collaborative
Possess exceptional verbal, written, visual communication, and facilitation skills in English
An individual with ability to self-reflect on their skill development – aware of what they know and can apply, and recognize where they have gaps that learning needs to focus on
