Required / Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles OR 5+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.
 - Demonstrated ability to lead performance analysis and reporting efforts that translate complex player behavior and monetization data into actionable business insights.
 
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles OR 7+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.
 - 5+ years experience in go to market (GTM), marketing strategy, business planning, or similar roles.
 - 5+ years experience in integrated, digital or product marketing management.
 - 3+ years project/vendor management experience.
 - 2+ Gaming Analytics/ player behavior
 - Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business strategies
 - Storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
 - Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
 - Demonstrated success creating clear, compelling charts and slides that turn complex data into actionable, executive-ready stories.
 - Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity through data
 - Deep familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL)
 - Background in the gaming industry or digital content platforms is a plus
