Youwill be responsible to provide general legal support to Honeywell and itsdifferent businesses and legal entities, including Corporate Governance,compliance, and transactional work. You will be also responsible to lead,develop, help negotiate and close, challenging and complex legal contracts withcustomers and interact with our clients’ legal departments as well asexternal/specialized legal firms. You will anticipate and mitigate potentiallegal problems within the Company and developing strategies to avoid costlylitigation and reduce potential areas of risk. You will keep abreast ofindustry-specific regulations and ensuring that appropriate risk managementstrategies are in place. Strong experience with Maquiladoras legal operationsis mandatory.
