Source top candidates through different channels, including social platforms and professional networks
Collaborate with hiring managers internationally to identify staffing needs in Europe
Promote employer branding through job postings and various initiatives
Manage long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Utilize data to boost recruitment efforts and support decisions pertaining to process and strategy, influencing the overall talent acquisition process
Empower managers and department leads to stick to hiring timelines, using analytics
Develop insightful talent mapping for key roles
Continuously evaluate the efficacy of our processes and drive operational improvements
5+ years of hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
Experience in technical engineering and product talent hiring
Strong familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
Understanding of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, Boolean searches)
Familiarity with HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Firm grasp of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Experience working with a diverse team and ensuring hiring fairness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work across different time zones
Ability to work in an office environment at least 3 days a week
