Reporting to our LMS Associate Director. You will work with Informatica's Sales teams to conduct licensing reviews with customers/partners and resolve any licensing issues, ensure proper capture of subscription revenue to Informatica, whilst preserving the relationship.
- Agreement and cooperation, with regional partners, in conducting licensing reviews to ensure Informatica software is deployed following the associated license agreements.
- Interpret license agreements and maintenance renewal records by conducting license reconciliations
- Obtain an understanding of Informatica environments to provide license analysis and guidance
- Prepare license reports for Informatica Customers/Partners
- Work with relevant partners e.g. Sales, Legal, Maintenance Renewals, and the Customer to resolve issues identified in the license report(s).
- Provide internal and external licensing education and enablement
- Support all partners in licensing queries
- Bring enhancements to the license report collection and analysis process
- Explore new procedures to increase the success of LMS
