Roles and Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Ensure the CEO's calendar is up-to-date and conflicts are resolved.
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for meetings.
Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure project deadlines are met.
Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
Manage office supplies and other administrative tasks as needed.
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
