Calendar & Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the CEO’s complex calendar, prioritizing and coordinating meetings, events, and daily activities.
Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage all aspects of business travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, with a positive approach to handling last-minute changes.
Project & Meeting Assistance: Support various projects, board meetings, and strategic initiatives by preparing materials and following up on action items.
Stakeholder Communication: Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through professional and respectful communication.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Administrative Tasks: Oversee tasks such as expense reports, document preparation, and special projects, including planning events, board meetings, and management off-site.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and events to ensure the CEO is well-equipped and informed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of recent experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting C-Suite executives in a high-tech or dynamic business environment.
Organizational Excellence: Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize effectively.
Project & Event Management: Proven ability to manage projects, events, and budgets with accuracy and detail.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with an aptitude for learning new tools.
Detail-Oriented & Adaptable: Strong attention to detail, with a flexible approach to managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solver: Comfortable navigating complexity and uncertainty, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
