Responsibilities :
- Remain as a Primary Customer Interface for the HPS sales and business development
- Achieving sales targets, quotas for designated accounts and maintaining customer relationships conducive to business
- Manage & grow existing accounts, develop new accounts for HPS and Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine further growth opportunities
- Setting & executing the Account Plan for the assigned account to achieve growth
- Working very closely with Line of Business (LOB) representatives for customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
- Engineering degree in Control / Electrical & Electronics / Computer / Mechatronics
- 6-10 years overall experience in sales
- Experience in doing business with Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) companies. Experience in doing business with end users for various vertical markets such as: Power (Conventional & Renewables), Oil & Gas, Chemical, MMM
- Ability to manage, lead, negotiate & finalize deals with thorough understanding of contract terms
- Excellent written skills and presentation skills with proficiency in Russian and English Language
