Remain as a Primary Customer Interface for the HPS sales and business development
Achieving sales targets, quotas for designated accounts and maintaining customer relationships conducive to business
Manage & grow existing accounts, develop new accounts for HPS and Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine further growth opportunities
Setting & executing the Account Plan for the assigned account to achieve growth
Working very closely with Line of Business (LOB) representatives for customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
Engineering degree in Control / Electrical & Electronics / Computer / Mechatronics
6-10 years overall experience in sales
Experience in doing business with Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) companies. Experience in doing business with end users for various vertical markets such as: Power (Conventional & Renewables), Oil & Gas, Chemical, MMM
Ability to manage, lead, negotiate & finalize deals with thorough understanding of contract terms
Excellent written skills and presentation skills with proficiency in Russian and English Language
