JOB DESCRIPTION


Responsibilities :

  • Remain as a Primary Customer Interface for the HPS sales and business development
  • Achieving sales targets, quotas for designated accounts and maintaining customer relationships conducive to business
  • Manage & grow existing accounts, develop new accounts for HPS and Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine further growth opportunities
  • Setting & executing the Account Plan for the assigned account to achieve growth
  • Working very closely with Line of Business (LOB) representatives for customer satisfaction

Qualifications :

  • Engineering degree in Control / Electrical & Electronics / Computer / Mechatronics
  • 6-10 years overall experience in sales
  • Experience in doing business with Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) companies. Experience in doing business with end users for various vertical markets such as: Power (Conventional & Renewables), Oil & Gas, Chemical, MMM
  • Ability to manage, lead, negotiate & finalize deals with thorough understanding of contract terms
  • Excellent written skills and presentation skills with proficiency in Russian and English Language
