OPRC QC auditor will be responsible for executing Quality Assurance of GCX As a QC audit team member, you will work on root-cause analysis and failure trend report, including providing You will need to gap and grey areas and work with different stakeholders on process and policy improvement.
You will be expected to high KPI including productivity and quality. People in this role will also be expected to have a deep understanding of flow, policy and SOPs related to your designated functions.

Job responsibilities
The QA teammate will have the following responsibilities:
Quality assurance review on low-medium complex cases completed by the GCX team and focus on the decision-making process of GCX
audit within a unique tool per queue.
Meets SLA & productivity targets and quality
Understands and adheres to workflow
Communicates effectively both in verbal and written form on all audit investigative matters and decision to different
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent
1-2 working experience in operational environment.
Willing to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to meet all deadlines while maintaining high quality output.
Focus on detail, ability to escalate/report findings in an effective way.
Ability to research and review regulatory requirements.
Prefer candidates with experience in GCPO BO areas and expertise in one or more skill sets such as Counterfeit, VeRO, BRM, PRM, Collusion, and more.
