Your day to day:

  • Demonstrate analytical and critical thinking with a metrics-driven approach to solutions and the ability toleverageanalytics and insights to create compelling narratives for change and to gainsponsorship

  • Demonstrate ability to synthesize complex situations into a digestible, actionable format for the business leaders and theirteams

  • Must be able toflourish and navigate in a rapidly changing organization andoperatecomfortably with ambiguity andcomplexity

What do you need to bring

  • 7+ years of HR Generalist/PBPexperience in roles of progressively increasing scope and in matrixed,high-growth, organizations

  • Experience in an accountable and results-oriented HR role with senior-level interface and a high degree of executiveinfluence

  • Experience leading organizations andexecutivesthrough varioustalent management processes, includingperformance management, talent assessments, succession planning, organization design and coaching

  • ABachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience isrequired
