Note: By applying to this position you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working location from the following:.- JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
- 7 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in advising on pay equity and pay transparency matters, and wage and hour compliance, including job classifications and payroll compliance.
- Experience in advising on workforce change strategies including reorganizations, reductions in team and WARN compliance.
- Experience in interacting with NLRB, EEOC, state and local EEO agencies on complex matters.
- Experience providing employment law advice and counsel to a multinational employer.
- Experience in direct or indirect in-house (e.g., via a secondment).
- Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment with limited direction, balance competing priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once.
