Currently the team operates from six Corp offices across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune and Delhi. Logistics Manager will be operating from Hyderabad corp office, but soon there will be a new Warehouse in Hyderabad where the Operations will be shifted. Manager along with the team will be moving to that site in 2025.Key job responsibilities
- A motivated and Creative individual to fulfill the IT Logistics Manager role.
- The Logistics Manager shall support the IT Services (ITS) team in India with shipping, maintaining, receiving, warehousing, and managing end to end inventory operations of IT Fixed Assets and consumables and other supplies by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Complies with federal, state, STPI, SEZ and local warehousing, Health & Safety and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation as applicable; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Individual also maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- At ITS, we work in a high security environment with sensitive equipment and maintaining this security and accountability will be the primary task.
- Logistics manager is responsible for the security and tracking of parts within the warehouse.
- Logistics manager is wholly responsible for the safety, development and well-being of their staff.
- Individual will be responsible for complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results, maintain warehouse staffing levels by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.- Individual will contribute to continuous process improvements to deliver on our goals of high availability and low cost. He / she maintain up-to-date metrics dashboards and will create reports for management as required.
- Ideally, individual should also have knowledge of import / export requirements for India and have a good working experience of in-country distribution processes.

- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Individual should have Warehousing and Logistics experience.
- Individual should have people management experience of at least 3+ years.
- Individual should have at least 3+ years IT assets and infrastructure experience.
