General Responsibilities:
Identifying and executing opportunities to create amazing associate and customer experiences aligned with desired outcomes
Gaining alignment from leadership and tracking Experience strategic initiatives
Creating, validating, executing and improving business processes
Influencing leaders across the Experience and the Organization to adopt identified process improvement opportunities
Providing subject matter expertise on high visibility processes and project when representing the department in projects and other meetings
Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness
Identifying, analyzing, and correcting issues with department systems and processes
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 5 years of Process management or Project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
Lean certification or Six Sigma certification
6+ years of experience in Process management
6+ years of experience in Project management
5+ years of experience in Relationship management
