Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years specialized functional (e.g., retail, technology) experience.
  • 4+ years experience supporting executives in an executive communications role.
  • 3+ years experience working with social media platforms.

Communications IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communications strategy for the2executives.
  • Drive and scale executiveplatforms, and proactive communication plansfor the fiscal year, aligned to the rhythm of the business (ROB)business andcommunications priorities,including but not limited to speaking engagements, org comms,blogs/podcasts,socialmediaandAR/PR briefing prep.
  • Develop thought leadership initiatives toinform communications strategy and planning, as well aspersonalize core messaging and narrativesto bring theorganizations’mission and business priorities to life through dynamic storytellingthatresonateswith the target audiences.
  • Demonstrate strategic leadership by driving impactful messaging for the executives, continuing to strengthentheirplatformsand drive thought leadership, aligning with the company mission, strategy, leadership principles and cultural attributes.
  • Act as single-point-of-contact for any executiverequests(internal and external), partnering withappropriate teamsto triage and drive impact.
  • Participate in business planning discussions asappropriate.
