We are seeking an experienced and strategic B2B Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of US - focused integrated marketing campaigns across the full funnel – from brand to demand. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of building measurable campaigns that drive pipeline growth and accelerate revenue across Enterprise and SMB product portfolio.This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution. You’ll partner closely with product marketing, sales, content, growth marketing, Events, operations, and global teams to deliver compelling, customer-centric campaigns that engage Enterprises and SMBs at every stage of their journey across channels.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Identify and recommend best practices for marketing processes and initiatives
  • Analyze business trends to inform marketing decisions and strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing projects and programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members

Expected Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • U.S. Campaign Strategy & Development
    • Develop and execute integrated campaigns specifically tailored for the U.S. market across all channels including digital, email, events, social, and paid media.
    • Define U.S. campaign objectives, target segments, value propositions, and messaging.
    • Align campaign strategies with sales goals, product priorities and business OKRs, while ensuring consistency with global brand direction.
  • Execution & Project Management
    • Lead planning and execution of U.S. campaign deliverables with cross-functional partners including Product Marketing and Growth Marketing.
    • Collaborate with global marketing teams to create scalable content that can be used globally.
    • Manage agency relationships and partner closely with agency on record to deliver.
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization
    • Establish KPIs to track campaign performance, including awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights.
    • Partner with analytics and growth marketing to provide regular campaign reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with growth marketing & sales to ensure campaign alignment and effective lead follow-up.
    • Work with product marketing to ensure messaging resonates with audience personas and product value props.
    • Share U.S. campaign learnings and best practices with global teams to strengthen worldwide marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of B2B campaign management or integrated marketing experience
  • Proven track record of building integrated, multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Strong Knowledge of U.S. digital advertising and paid media landscape.
  • Strong storytelling and content collaboration skills
  • Deep understanding of the Enterprise and SMB customer journey
  • Knowledge of demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Experience collaborating with global marketing teams to create scalable campaigns that can be leveraged globally.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign measurement and optimization.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $100,500 to $173,250
