Coordinates and manages all month end close activities across all finance functions
Ensures reporting is timely and accurate
Ensures all reporting is aligned with both local, regional and corporate accounting policies
Develops and submits all month end reports required for International Markets or Corporate
Ensures timely and accurate reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
Develops and submits all month end reports required for International Markets (IM) or Teva Corporate
Ensure all local SOX controls are in place and working effectively
Develops and/or works to improve efficient processes across all GL activitiesManages all financial audit activities including internal and external
Presentations to local and global Executive Management team as required
Self-motivated with high bias for action and urgency
High level of energy. Able to energize and influence a wide spectrum of people, including senior financial and operational professionals
Ability to meet strict, aggressive deadlines


Lead and manage one revenue accountant
Responsible for all aspects of revenue accounting including ensure adequate reserves related to revenue including but not limited to chargeback, returns and early payment terms accruals
Supports all aspects of revenue for internal and external audits
Ensures accuracy of all financial reporting related to revenue




Your experience and qualifications

Bachelor Degree completed in Finance or relevant field; Preferred:CPA. MBA is an asset

10+ years progressive experience; 5 years in management experience

Extensive Gross to Net Knowledge

SAP/ ERP, Vistex, Strong working knowledge of excel and capability to handle complex files

Thorough knowledge of technical accounting and US GAAP application

Thorough understanding of collections processing, deductions and claims validation and processing

Capability to handle a high volume of transactions

Advanced practical experience in financial planning and control, preferably in the commercial space

Good understanding of quality and manufacturing as it relates to products, processes and compliance

Strong appetite for continuous improvement and driving efficiency

Excellent, open, and proactive communication capabilities, identifying and addressing issues via an open, candid dialogue

Ability to relay financial information to non-financial managers.

Demonstrate outstanding leadership capabilities, building an inclusive and diverse working environment

Possess strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

Pharmaceutical Industry knowledge a strong asset
