What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor the Total Rewards design team, consisting of both experts and young professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee design and implementation of competitive compensation strategies that align with the company's goals and market practices.
- Lead the annual compensation budgeting process, collaborating with finance and other key stakeholders to allocate resources effectively and in line with market data.
- Ensure compensation practices comply with regulatory requirements and governance standards.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regular benchmarking analyses to ensure compensation programs remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Effectively communicate compensation plans to executives and key stakeholders, providing clarity and transparency.
- Oversee design and legal compliance related to equity-based compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and performance shares.
- Oversee comprehensive compensation due diligence during M&A activities, assessing risks and opportunities, as well as integration plans for programs alignment post-M&A.
- Oversee monitoring of Fair Pay practices, promoting pay equity and transparency across the organization.
- Engage with various stakeholders such as Executive Board, Supervisory Board Representatives, leaders in HR, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated compensation strategies.
- Support the continuous development of team members through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in Total Rewards or Compensation management, particularly in design processes.
- Strong understanding of executive & non-executive compensation, equity programs, and global compensation frameworks.
- Experience in building strong relationships with C-suite executives. Expertise in compensation benchmarking, budgeting, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Leadership experience with the ability to develop and inspire a high-performing team.
Education and Qualifications:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field;
- Relevant certification is a plus.
