Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates will typically have 10 years of experience with consulting sales environments focusing on cloud databases.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Experience building and scaling demand generation and pipeline progression programs.
- Experience consulting on Oracle databases and their related business application ecosystem.
- Experience with database workload migration and the commercial and business issues in moving these workloads to public cloud.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building customer relationships and strategic advisory.
- Experience developing and growing C-level relationships.
- Understanding of executive decision making process and consultative problem/solution positioning.
- Understanding of the financial and technical issues in managing modern day IT operations at large corporations.
- Ability to communicate complex topics to an audience with various functional knowledge.
- Excellent business (e.g., financial accounting, ROI, TCO, budget planning, organisational design) and presentation skills, including public speaking, meeting facilitation, and white boarding.
