Speed and precision of execution is very important. You understand internal processes, policies, rules, limitations, as well as execution capabilities. You use this knowledge to propose the best focus areas and tactics
Drive global buyer strategy in the Public Sector segment, aligning with global buyer program leads, regional integrated marketing segment and buyer team, global field marketing and sales
Manage budgets against program builds
Understand and ensure plans tie back to Cisco Networking strategy and priorities
Use critical thinking and make data-driven recommendations and optimizations to ensure marketing source pipeline forecast is on track
Who You A
3-5 years of experience in Public Sector marketing is required
5-7 years of experience Go-to-Market experience in technology/networking is required
Experience using Salesforce reports and dashboards, and Tableau dashboards required
Proven track record of working with sales stakeholders and XFN to improve performance of a GTM plan
Innovative and creative problem-solver with strong communication skills
Exceptional team collaborator, open to idea/project iteration
Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple work streams
Comfortable with project management across multiple teams
