Paired with Enterprise Account Executives, leveraging your large, multi-functional v-team across the breadth of the Microsoft product portfolio and the vast catalog of Microsoft Partner offerings, you will build and grow your network of technology executives within your customers and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customers adopt and embrace digital technologies.

With a proven history of innovating technical solutions to achieve customers’ business objectives and achieving account growth targets, this role will give you the opportunity to combine your technology and industry knowledge to deliver on digital solutions to accelerate your customers’ digital vision and to ultimately become their technology mentor.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field ANDextensiveyears technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experienceOR equivalent experience.
  • Experience inLogisticsindustry
  • Due to the specific requirements of this role, German language proficiency is essential as well as strong English skills (written and verbal)

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experienceOR equivalent experience.
  • Substantial years experience in relevant customer industry.
  • Proven years experience in digital transformation, or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
  • Microsoft certificates are highly recommended (Azure fundamentals, Microsoft Data Fundamentals, Microsoft Security Fundamentals)

Responsibilities
  • Digital Transformation Strategy:Understand customer's industry and business goals, Microsoft solution areas and partner solutions to build the 3-Horizon roadmap to enable customer’s DT/Innovation agenda. Expand Microsoft relationships with customers into strategic DT partnership
  • Technology& IndustryThought Leadership:Reimagine the role of technology as a business and innovation partner to drivetheDT agenda of our Logistics customers, help them understand the impact of emerging and strategic technologies and inspire & influence them for Microsoft technologies to become the main enabler of business innovationand societal impact.
  • Business&EnterpriseArchitecture:Create a long-term strategy which links business, technology, and industry needs of our customers to enable their business and transformation strategy and drive sustainable change.
  • Technology Sales:Orchestrate technology sales activities to drive the digital transformation vision and roadmap of our customers with Microsoft technologies. Plan and orchestrate the solution proposal and coordinate technology sales teams to provide the right solution to the customer
  • Account Leadership:Be a Change Agent internally and externally to inspire and ideate about possibilities innovative technologies provide to drive business strategy and priorities of our customers. Own and strengthen the collaborative relationship with C-level, innovation, and technology executives. Create an inclusive and supportive environment for youraccountteam to be successful, embracing Microsoft’s philosophy of ‘come as you are, do what you love’!
