Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new leads for Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud or Service Cloud solutions
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential customers, understanding their business objectives and digital transformation challenges.
  • Position Salesforce's solutions as the best way to address customers' unique needs and drive business growth.
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of Salesforce's Digital Experience solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals, securing new business and expanding customer relationships.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress and ensuring timely deal closures.
  • Provide ongoing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing the value they derive from Salesforce's Digital Experience solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies to effectively advise customers and deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an AE or Sales Representative in the technology industry, with a proven track record of success in identifying, developing, and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce principles, including customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce's Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud solutions, with the ability to articulate their benefits and applications to potential customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels, from technical experts to business decision-makers.
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure new business and expand customer relationships.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious goals.
