You will engage with our customer,
Responsibilities:
Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction
Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
Drive Salesforce value proposition within the customer
Boost growth within the existing assigned account
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience selling complex solutions within the Retail and Consumer industries
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to map out and strategically define account plans
Evidence of relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships
Exhibits characteristics of self-starting, risk taking, and a drive to succeed
Ability to negotiate complex deals
Must be business fluent in English and German - both oral and written communication skills
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
