You will engage with our customer,


Responsibilities:

  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction

  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives

  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs

  • Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment

  • Drive Salesforce value proposition within the customer

  • Boost growth within the existing assigned account

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience selling complex solutions within the Retail and Consumer industries

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

  • Ability to map out and strategically define account plans

  • Evidence of relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships

  • Exhibits characteristics of self-starting, risk taking, and a drive to succeed

  • Ability to negotiate complex deals

  • Must be business fluent in English and German - both oral and written communication skills

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
