What skills and qualifications do I need?
For this role it is essential that you:
- Have 2-3 years experience as an associate Account Manager / Customer Success Manager position, ideally working with Publishers
- Possess the ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously, creating a systematic approach to account related activity to ensure no opportunity to add value to our publisher partnerships is missed
- Have a proven track record introducing new products / features to clients – you love to learn about new technology and the ways it can help our clients to grow
- Have the ability to foster long term relationships with clients – across a range of functions and seniority – you enjoy interacting with others and can build rapport quickly
- Are experienced working in a KPI driven environment with upsell / cross-sell targets
- Have excellent negotiation and persuasion skills and a never-give-up attitude.
- Have significant experience of using Excel to generate reports and manipulate data
- Have significant experience of creating presentation decks with PowerPoint
- Have outstanding relationship management and customer service skills
- Have a structured approach to your work, appreciating that the sales cycle can take much longer in the Publisher space compared to others.
- Are analytical with the ability to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports
- Are highly motivated, proactive, dedicated, resourceful and creative to ensure your clients receive world-class service
- Have a willingness and ability to travel to meet clients
- Are a self-starter with the will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
What will I be doing on a day-to day today basis?As an Associate Account Manager, you will:
- Manage and grow relationships with premium publisher clients and strategic partners
- Understand the organisation’s business needs and develop relationships at all levels
- Monitor and analyse metrics and proactively take steps to improve results
- Be an expert in Taboola’s platform and the benefits publishers gain by using it
- Fully comprehend the technology, revenue ecosystem and client needs/requirements in order to intelligently identify new opportunities and upsell the platform
- Work closely with the Publisher Sales teams as well as the remote R&D department in order to become a valuable resource and single point of contact to the client
- Communicate business intelligence from clients to the product management team in regards to new product development features
- Strategically support the Publisher Sales team in pre-sale proposal development
