End-to-End Customer Onboarding & Offboarding: Led the full lifecycle of onboarding and offboarding global customers from A to Z, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service delivery. Manage account setup, ensure compliance with AWS reseller requirements, and facilitate a smooth handover between internal teams.
Offering assistance to Global Customers in NA and EMEA.
Reseller Operations Management: Oversee and optimize AWS reseller operations, ensuring compliance with AWS Partner programs, pricing models, and best practices.
Customer Support & Engagement: Assist global customers across NA and EMEA time zones, ensuring service quality and SLA adherence.
AWS Account & Incentive Alignment: Work closely with AWS account teams to maximize reseller benefits, align with AWS incentive programs, and ensure customers receive the services they purchase.
Financial Oversight: Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting.
Market & Policy Awareness: Stay up to date with AWS pricing changes, program updates, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in operations, back office, and customer service.
Degree in Economics or any related field.
Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
Knowledge of AWS is an added advantage.
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and technical teams.
Analytical skills and experience working with financial reporting tools.
Strong knowledge of Excel and organizational skills.
