Process pay-outs to vendors, affiliates, outsource service providers, properties and customer (related to disputes)
Post invoices, banking operations and follow up with P2P processes
Ensure payments are processed in a timely manner
Reconcile transactions with accuracy and in a timely manner, assist with the month end closing processes
Prepare all reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP and covering the Sox framework
Proactively work with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes and share knowledge and best practice
Identify and follow-up on process opportunities directly impacting daily activities within the team
Participate or lead projects for process innovation and improvement, actively test and implement new tools and software
Act as expert to peers and junior team members;
Minimum of 4-5 years in AP, AR, Credit Control Purchase, OM, Accounting, Treasury or Administration
Experience working with integrated systems (SAP, Ivalua, or others);
Bachelor degree in Finance (or studying in the field)
Languages written and verbal: Advanced English + Advanced Portuguese. Spanish not required, but is a Plus;
Strong computer skills
Critical and able to take care of complex accounting reconciliation;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Being able to cope with dynamic and high change environment;
Enthusiastic, proactive and full of initiatives;
Currently authorized to work in Brazil;
You are required to live within a commutable distance from your assigned office location
