As a Cognyter you will:

• Content Strategy and Development: Develop and design a variety of training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, online courses, and interactive workshops. Handle localization, translations and glossary. Content management and distribution.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the customer requirement manager, product managers, training teams, marketing teams, and customer success to align training content with customer needs and product updates.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all training content is accurate, engaging, and meets educational standards. Review and revise content based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
• Delivery: Ensure training materials are accessible and user-friendly.
• Innovation and Improvement: Incorporate new teaching techniques and technologies to enhance the learning experience. Stay current with trends in content delivery and educational methods.
• Reporting and Metrics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, utilizing learner feedback and performance analysis to measure impact and ROI.

For that mission you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in training content development and creation, instructional design, or a related field.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel once per quarter.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proficiency in e-learning platforms (such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas), multimedia editing software (like Adobe Creative Suite) and presentations software (like Microsoft PowerPoint, Visme, or Canva).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• English native read/write, Spanish and Portuguese advantage
• Advantage: Experience in the specific industry of the company, knowledge of adult learning principles, and certification in project management or instructional design (such as CPLP or PMP).
