Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manufacturing Site Process Single Point of Contact:
- Collaborate with COSI leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of centralized element of the COSI deliverables.
- Key participant collaborating with Operations Excellence teams driving standardized metrics and reporting to evaluate process health and provide for ongoing process control.
- Manage and maintain AH MFG shared library with most recent documentation.
- Facilitate monthly meetings with Site FP&A/COSI/BSCs/MDM team and other critical stakeholders to build up AH MFG knowledge.
- Collaborate with Animal Health Intelligence Manufacturing Sites on Atlas implementations.
- Educate on Manufacturing Accounting
- Upskill on master data architecture, process, and AH manufacturing master data functional design.
- Collaborate to create a roadmap for future go-lives from legacy manufacturing Accounting (“Actual Costing”) to Manufacturing accounting (“standard costing”)
- Define and develop integrated site FP&A processes.
- Develop and maintain current state of site manufacturing FP&A
- Design, develop, documents, and manage process procedures to be used as a training document going forward.
- Resolve issues within current process to ensure process stabilization.
- Propose new, changed processes driving simplifications & standardization gaining consensus from site FP&A
- Leads the implementation of new, changed processes and continuous improvement activities (project management)
- Support special cross functional projects and ad-hoc requests as appropriate.
Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Required Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of five years of FP&A & related process experience.
- Teamwork and collaborative focus.
- Ability to function in a high volume setting with tight deadlines.
- SAP knowledge (Finance modules) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.
- Desire to continuously learn and continue professional development.
- Problem solving and analytical skills with a proactive management style to implement new processes.
