Create key account financial plans across categories that align account KPIs with brand shipment targets with collaborated input from sales, marketing/merchandising and finance teams
Provide Retail sales, Gross margin, Inventory and Turn forecasts against Plan and Last year for assigned accounts
Participate in cross-functional alignment on targeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
Analyse and provide detail on account performance by style, climate, region and store
Develop business review and hindsight brand performance for responsible accounts
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly summary reports / dashboards for Sales Management, Finance and Marketing to provide detailed overview of business performance by account
Identify Opportunities and Risks in the business in-season against plan and provide actionable recommendations to improve results
Maximise the depth of insight generation by leveraging data points across the full spectrum of granularity. Through these insights, provide the business recommendations relating to ideal product assortments, depths of buys, breadth of ranges, replenishment opportunities and other key insights to help accelerate the adidas business
Monitor ladder and replenishment forecasts / orders and provide guidance to improve accuracy and account sell-through

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong understanding of Retail Math and the ability to interpret sell through data to recommend changes that positively impacts the business
Ability to build, plan and flow product assortments based on current trends that can address both targeted objectives and account specific needs while maximizing sales, margin and inventory turn
Ability to confidently present quantitative and qualitative data led analysis to management & translate messages and stories in a simple way
Solution-oriented with a focus on achieving results
Keen interest in deriving insights from large data sets
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Adobe, Google Analytics, Microstrategy, PBI) and advanced Excel skills (high proficiency in spreadsheet analyses)
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work under pressure
Comfortable with working in an international environment
Fluent English is necessary
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree is preferred
3-5 years of professional experience in retail planning/buying or sales related roles
Extensive professional experience in data collection and analysis (Business Analytics, Digital Analytics or equivalent)
Ideally experience in the clothing / fashion / shoe industry or FMCG
