Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Success Data Aggregation:
    • Collect, analyse, and aggregate data related to customer success indicators.
    • Develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from customer success data to support business objectives.
  • Team Coordination:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
    • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to drive data-driven decisions.
    • Provide support and training for internal users of Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • SQL Data Management:
    • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
    • Manage and manipulate large datasets to ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up to date with the latest developments in data analytics and Power BI technologies.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field - an advantage.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Power BI development and data analysis.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing is a must.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
  • Certifications in Power BI or SQL are desirable but not required.
