About The Role

Your responsibilities include the management of our EMEA Field Enablement Team, collaboration with the larger global Field Enablement Team, our EMEA Client-Facing Groups overall, and additionally, an intimate relationship and partnership with our Central Enablement Teams. An immediate focus will be the growth and success of our EMEA Field Enablement footprint. You will help to drive execution and promote meaningful collaboration across departments and ensure product/process knowledge is streamlined.

  • Align enablement efforts with overall business unit(s) needs & initiatives while designing, developing and executing solutions that can be clearly tracked and measured.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Field Enablement Team and prioritize efforts based on broader business goals.
  • Establish relationships with Client-Facing Leaders to translate feedback and needs in clear and actionable ways.
  • Ensure alignment across all regional offices in role and scope.
  • Run skills gaps analysis to Identify areas of opportunity and improvement across current client-facing teams to mitigate future risk.
  • Partner with cross-departmental units (business operations, marketing, channel, product) to ensure all initiatives and programs run smoothly.
  • Oversee regional onboarding and continued education efforts across client-facing teams while aligning to the overarching global programs.
  • Own regional enablement KPI's associated with and across all field enablement outputs (i.e. workshops, asynchronous learning, live sessions, etc.)
Your Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years experience in full cycle sales roles.
  • A minimum of 3+ years in client-facing enablement roles.
  • Proven track record in growing and scaling Enablement teams in a B2B setting.
  • Proven capabilities in leading and managing teams.
  • Highly collaborative and self-motivated in meeting and exceeding deadlines and goals.
  • Experience with MEDDICC (MEDDPICC) and any other Solution Selling approach (CoM, Sandler, etc.)
  • Excels in clear communication and relationship building within their immediate team and cross-departmentally.
  • Passion for helping others develop and grow.
  • Clearly establish priorities across multiple initiatives while easily pivoting within a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience in complex project management with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Incredible attention to detail.
  • Experience in Customer Success roles a plus
  • Experience in familiar Sales and Sales Enablement tools a huge plus (Gong, SalesLoft, Salesforce, Guru, Articulate Rise, Highspot, Slack, Looker).
  • Experience with a plus.
