The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical and creative mindset, with proven experience in managing and in the digital performance marketing world. You will work closely with marketers and internal stakeholders to ensure the success of our clients' Outbrain campaigns. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving work environment. Exceptional relationship management and communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of a team of highly motivated professionals AM’s.
  • Handling and achieving ambitious quarterly targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Building rapport and long-term relationships with key affiliates across the region.
  • Working with internal stakeholders with different goals/priorities.
  • Providing customer feedback to internal teams (product, professional services, marketing) to develop and deliver dedicated and innovative solutions for our clients.
  • Defining the strategy for the team, including client prioritization and upsell opportunities.
  • Acting as a consultant to clients to provide insights from data.
  • Conflict resolution skills and solving complex problems.
  • Collaboration with the sales team.
  • Empowering the team to grow and develop their careers.
What you’ll need to be successful:
  • Proven experience in managing a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with digital advertising
  • Innovative and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to help grow your teams’ key business
  • Establish a culture of growth by leading by example
  • Develop the team and its members (Coaching)
  • Solid understanding of digital technologies and the digital landscape generally
  • Deep understanding of AdTech, including social, search, native display, and video
  • Exemplary planning and organizational skills
  • Account Management skills and ability to read and gain insights from data
