Job Description
Software Engineering/ Technical Leadwith strong software development and cloud computing background to help us shape the technical vision and strategy of solutions that improve the way we run our clinical trials.
You will join our Clinical Trial Data Management product line that focuses on technology and process simplification and innovation to:
Improve the clinical trial experience for our patients.
Improve efficiency of study start up by reducing the time from study initiation to first site ready.
Remove obstacles and enable our businessusers to focus on what matters.
Must haves:
in programming languages and development frameworks
Experience with deployments, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)processes
Expertisein cloud computing technologies and platforms
Solid understanding of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
Understanding ofclinicaldata management requirements and business needs
Nice to haves:
Technical leadership and vendor management skills
Experience in the pharmaceuticalindustry
Experience withGxPvalidations, particularly in GCP (Good Clinical Practices)
Experience working in a product team
Fluent in written and spoken English
Self-driven with the ability to work in a self-guided manner
Strong problem-solving skills
Your responsibilities:

Assess current solutions and develop roadmaps to enhance businessvalue
Ensure product solutions align with experimentation, human-centered design, and agileprinciples
Collaborate with Product Managers to clarify technical and business requirements for effective sprint planning
Shape the technical vision and strategy of the product, working closely with Product Managers and Solution Architects
Demonstrate non-authoritative leadership with the team and foster strong partnerships with businessstakeholders
Share knowledge and mentor team members in technical design and architecture
worldwide
