Job Description
As a Technical Analyst in Omnichannel Marketing, you will:
Communicate with global product teams & in-market Business and IT stakeholders to understand their requirements
Participate in development activities as required
Collaborate on the maintenance of the platform and related data integrations
Collaborate on development of custom solutions for global marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, lead generation, lead scoring, etc.
Produce and maintain documentation, process requests from Business Analysts and Architects to support the global as well as ad-hoc market intitiatives
Provide support to the IT product team & in-market stakeholders when diagnosing issues and problems
What we need:
Good command of English
Good written, listening, communication skills
Extensive hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement platform (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)) within an integrated environment
Hands on experience with email content development and customer segmentation (working knowledge of HTML, CSS, AMPScript and SQL required)
Experience with E2E execution of campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (campaign development, launch and optimization)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with globally dispersed teams
Ability to self-learn, develop and apply business and technical knowledge quickly
Furthermore, we will be happy if you have or have heard of one of these:
Experience working with and setting up JIRA and Confluence
Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Veeva CRM
Experience using Marketing Cloud Engagement Script activities (SSJS)
Experience using Marketing Cloud Engagement Package Manager
Experience using Marketing Cloud Engagement API
Marketing Cloud-related Salesforce credentials (certifications)
