What You’ll Do

  • Manage and lead the Auto Crash and Claims L&D Delivery vertical, in alignment with business goals and priorities
  • Lead the Auto Crash and Claims Delivery team with a focus on effectively developing L&D capabilities across Uber’s network and channels; defining, implementing, and maintaining performance standards, core processes, and SLAs.
  • Build and leverage industry standard tools and methods to identify, engage, and manage stakeholders within Uber’s network and channels
  • Ensure Learning & Development initiatives are exceptionally implemented across Uber’s network and channels while measuring and reporting insights and key business outcomes
  • Define the strategy and engagement model to effectively partner with key stakeholders Use honed consulting skills and processes to diagnose and understand capability gaps within the business.
  • Effectively manage the Auto Crash and Claims delivery team capacity , enabling training availability and aligned subject matter expertise.
  • Develop and manage a team of trainers to ensure SME and facilitator expertise
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with Program and Design verticals to ensure timely and intentional training execution.Track and report post-training performance
  • Create improvement plans when training objectives are not met or when results can be improved both for New Hire training and for tenured agents

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a Learning & Development role
  • 2+ years experience with people management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in fields such as financial services, insurance, or safety compliance.
  • Successful track record of building and managing programs that enable the delivery of large-scale learning programs and initiatives across multiple functions
  • Skilled in Project Management and excellence as well as in Planning and Organization
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, and proven ability to influence and drive consensus at senior levels
  • Experience in using standard learning experience tools and platforms

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$116,000 per year - USD$128,500 per year.

For Phoenix, AZ-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$103,000 per year - USD$114,500 per year.
