Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads resulting from demand generation programs, web inquiries, referrals, and events.
  • Discover the customers’/prospects’ business initiatives and develop strategies to maximize selling opportunities.
  • Conduct market research: Accounts by vertical and Propensity to buy.
  • Research contacts by accounts to ensure we know the right stakeholders.
  • Handover qualified leads to our Account Executives.
  • Competitive research: Develop and update a template that captures our competitors strengths and weaknesses, online presence etc..
  • CRM management: Provide routine updates and management to Salesforce.com with account activity obtained through research on the account. Identify duplicate accounts and work with Admin on the cleanup.
  • Learn about Verint products and technology, as well as industry trends and technology sales.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Excellent academic performance.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated team working skills.
  • Possess creativity, flexibility, variety, and growth potential.
  • Should be open-minded, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.

Preferred Requirements:

  • The desire to become an expert within the technology sales and marketing field.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Can-do attitude and an analytical person.
  • Curious by nature and willing to learn new things.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Outreach.io is a plus.

MIN: $20/HR

MAX: $30/HR
